anyone can produce numbers like yours, iron knee. i simple do NOT believe them to be correct in the slightest, but by all means do carry on fighting your corner. it will prove to be educational, i am sure.

also, i think it is very ungentlemanly to make fun of my name. it verges on a personal insult actually. believe it or not, that is my true name. i do not think b92 will slap your wrist about this.

Mir,
Well God bless you and your mother, and thank you for your kind reply.
I totally agree that politicians can ruin our lives. All we can do is be the best people we can.
One way is the example you and I have shared...respectful discussion.
In that regard, I truly applaud you.
You a a gentleman. I am sure your mother is proud of that.
All the best !

@Sirius Black
i think you spent too much of your past in akserban and the dementors have feasted a little too much.

lets look at some numbers and not hazy memories:

since 1950s
in serbia
serbs consistently made up around 80% of the population.
croats went from about 3% (160K) of population to 0.9% (60K) (thats a loss of about 100K)
albanians went from 0.6% (34K) to 0.06% (6k).( that is a drop of about 30K)
in bosnia
bosniaks went from about 30% (790K) of the population to 50% (1.77M) (thats more bosniaks over time)
serbs went from about 44% (1.14M) of the population to 30% (1.09M)(that's less serbs over time)
croats went from about 24% (614K) of population to 15% (545K) (thats significantly less by percentage but not much less by raw numbers
in kosovo
albanian majority went from 69% (500K) of population to 93% (1.62M) (that's a dramaitic increase in percent and raw totals
serb minority went from 24% (172K) of population to 1.5% (26K)(thats a massive drop in both raw and percent).

seems that perhaps the numbers suggest exactly what the title suggests. serbia is the tolerant one.

and to remind you sirius there was a whole lot of severe nazi (not nazi-like, but real live nazi) activity against the serbs (that you may seem to think was grand tolerance, but that is the dementors mixing your definitions up again).

Tito was 100% Croatian, and look what happened to Yugoslavia after he departed & once a radicle Serb took power, the state of Serbia with its military embarked on campaigns of ethnic cleansing and genocide of all other ethnic groups within Yugoslavia killing 100s of 1000s in a bid to create a artificial greater radical Serbian state!!!

Sorry but no cigar!

Half Slovenian moron. He couldn't even speak Serbo-Croatian well, his accent was almost Polish questioning his true ethnicity.

(1) General Kadijevic, last JNA General, Half Croat
(2) Stipe Mesic, last President of Yugoslavia, Croatian.
(3) Ante Markovic, last President, Yugoslavia.

Who broke up Yugoslavia? Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnian Muslims who attacked JNA military posts and civilians.

I’m not hateful. I’m only speaking the truth with respect to the politics of Kosovo and what’s going to ultimately happen. The politicians are to blame for the mess.

With respect to the PM, my mother taught me to love the opposite sex when creating a family. God will judge her for her choices.

With respect.

@Hank the Tank,

I never meant anything bad with my comment, I only said it’s more believable if she said Serbia is a tolerant country that accepts me as a gay prime minister then saying she had Croatian roots, come on we all know how much Croatians she is/feels.

Not only would Croatia be unlikely to elect a Serb to a top political position, I doubt they would elect an openly Gay person. Maybe one day, hopefully.

But I agree with you that in the 80s radical nationalists came to power in serbia. And as well radical nationalists came to power in croatia and bosnia.

Everyone is a tool in this society from the Pope down to you an me, however many ethnic groups in the region do tend blame Serbia for their transgressions when they themselves have only to blame. Tudjman becomes 'father' of a nation, then corrupts and steals whilst stiring nationalist sentiment. Serbia has a right to have an opinion hence why PM responded back to Croatia and Serbia has right to protect it's people from constant racial and discriminative behavour from ethnic groups and nations within the region/world.

What you are basically saying is that all serbs are guilty of war crimes and that they should all be punished for eternity? You need only to look at your own history, whether your albanian or croat. WW2 was not a moment of pride to neither croats or albanians.
