"It's the reality.
If you are going to sneer at this comment then you should first give us an alternative point of view.
So do tell, what is to happen to all those they return to a non EU country? Do you think they will go willingly and who is going to pay the cost of returning them?
Go on, Einstein, explain it to us."

The point is that you freak out at every news story and continually sneer at others. For example, you last sentence is a perfect example ("Go on, Einstein, explain it to us.")

B92 publishes a story (most of which are intended to be nothing more than provocative) about the possibility of a refugee camp being opened in a non-EU country, and you are freaking out. You continually fall for their bait.

Relax. It probably isn't true, and even if it is, Serbia is only one of numerous possibile takers. And even if it landed in Serbia it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Except that non EU countries are under no obligation to take them, or are they?
(Peggy, 13 June 2018 22:56)

If they are safe countries and the migrants entered the EU territory from those countries, yes those countries are under the obligation to take the migrants back.

There should not be any 'camps' at all. If you're going through the trouble to track them down, put them on a plane, then just send them back to where they came from. Otherwise, non EU? Hmmm.... What about Britain?

No really correct. Yes, Milosevic did sign the readmission, but you see when the war first started and people left the country the German Foreign Minister, Hans Dietrich Gensler declared that Yugo papers were no good anymore and they can be thrown away. They did just that.
Milosevic was a very smart person because he said that all who have documents can return freely but those who don’t then sorry Serbia did not accept them. That is how the Germans alone got stuck with 200,000 Albanians and they were not from Kosovo, but now that number is higher since the Albanian are fleeing their paradise.
(sj, 14 June 2018 11:38)

It doesn't add up again mate.

If Hans-Dietrich Genscher said that 'papers were no good any more' - as you say - then you imply that they HAD Yugoslav papers and Milosevic could have not used his craftiness about 'all who have the documents'.

If Germans were in doubt of the authenticity of those papers, they always had the means to distinguish the fake once from the genuine once and would have not been in need for you to break the news. There is no German authority that has said that 'they got stuck with 200000 Albanians not from Kosova'. They should send them to Albania. Albania's population has dropped by over a million since 1990 - it was once over 4 million but is now only 3 million. Albanians have all run off to Greece, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, etc.

Ari Gold

Serbia does not have the capacity for migrant camps. Serbia is not responsible for overthrowing Gadafi and creating the conditions for this migrant crisis. Serbia did not publicly invite as many migrants as possible to come and settle in Europe like Angela Merkel did. (Every single migrant should be sent to Germany and Germany only).

Serbia houses many refugees from the wars of aggression on Serbs in the 1990s. Serbia also cannot take in Muslim migrants because we've had experience in Kosovo-Metohija where we invited impoverished Albanians to settle and have a good life with unlimited welfare. And Serbia has paid dearly because of this.

If the EU/UN would fund it, I would support a large number of Christians from the Middle East who are the biggest victims of the conflicts there anyway to come and settle in Serbia. They could build their own settlements and they would integrate well which is most important.

If Vucic would agree to this, he will either fall or prove he has the tightest grip over a country than any other leader in Europe.

Serbia should agree to take in these refugees, as this will show good faith on the part of Serbia to the EU. There is plenty of room in the Nis area, as most villages are near empty. Serbia’s population is shrinking, this is good solution in reversing its diminishing citizenship.

Figures Albania. It's been happy happy to a dumping ground for years. They took Europe's trash and ISIS terrorists held by the US that no one else wanted. This is how little the powers that be think of Albania.

Joni

But it was OK for Albanians to train ISIS in terrorism to fight in Syria, which caused a whole lot of refugees? Albania is the ideal place, they are mainly Muslims so lots of mosques for all the Muslim migrants. Since a lot of them are Albanians anyway, they'll just be sent home.
(Zoran, 13 June 2018 12:50)

Albanians didn't trained ISSIS honey - and maybe you know well who did that. Russia, US and rich Europe should deal with what they did.
There are more mosques in Russia, UK, Germany, Austria and are coutries with the highest nr. Of ISSIS fighters - than in Albania. Albanians are Albanians - not mainly Musslims. And those mosques are Albanian and have Albanian traditions.
A migrant camp in one of Balkan countries will be not only a problem for the country but for all the region. There aren't to many Syrians refugies around - Syrians are the majority well educated and I agree on helping them, and having them in my country - but Talebani; Pakistani, Aficans..migrants aren't our problem, are the problem of who invited them in Europe.

Already is a camp in Greece or Turkey which didn't work...
And don't worry most probably will be a non Muslim country to not make them comfortable.
If these migrants need the mosques honey will already stay home or Turkey - they don't need them. Do you understand??

I find the EU’s polices very hard to understand. They encourage thee refugees, who are not really refugees since they all have mobile phones and money. About 2% of all these people are real refugees all the others are economic refugees.

If you look at the current crop that Spain took on; these people are all unskilled and some barely literate, so where do they expect to find a job? Let’s face it if you live in the west you have no chance of finding a job without schooling/training plus there are very limited menial jobs. Yet its like the westerns are in a hypnotic trance repeating we must be humanitarians.

After bombing Serbia for 78 days they want Serbia to give then contracts to build roads and take migrants. @Andy UK . Apparently nothing new. In 1997-98 we had many illegal immigrants here in France, declaring themselves as "refugees" from Bosnia or from Kosovo. The French police expelled those illegal to Germany, or to Italy. The Albanians from Albania were systematically expelled to Kosovo. That could explain why the number of the population grew so fast in Kosovo.Note that in that period , Milosevic signed the readmission rule, which was not signed neither by Bosnia nor by Albania, and Serbia collected a great number of those "refugees".

Figures Albania. It's been happy happy to a dumping ground for years. They took Europe's trash and ISIS terrorists held by the US that no one else wanted. This is how little the powers that be think of Albania.

The camps should be in Austria or Germany - they have a good history of organising such things.
(Tony (a Brit currently working in Berlin), 13 June 2018 17:14) Ya they have Tony the pony pretending he is working their. Probably their at the cafes saying how bad Germany is and living off the tax payers. Just like the other workers/"refugees".

Posting gibberish makes you look foolish. It makes no sense at all, but your an Albo posing as an Italian so nothing is strange and for a moment I thought I really had a challenge.

I'll keep on posting fictive - gee you really have found new word in fictive and are threshing it to death - investment while your Albos starve because even your friends the US will not invest in Kosovboa LOL.

The only woman in the photo is the police officer. Just the usual men in their 20s, most of whom have the latest mobile phone.Sounds like a win - win. Albania get a big load of cash to host the camps and the EU stops Merkel's idiotic free for all. Allows people to find the genuine cases in the sea of chancers.Funny thing is that loads of Albanians and Kosovans trying to get to Germany etc. will end up in... Albania!

They should send them to Albania. Albania's population has dropped by over a million since 1990 - it was once over 4 million but is now only 3 million. Albanians have all run off to Greece, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, etc.

Nah We Don’t Want Them.

Albania refused Assad’s chemical weapons, they’ve also refused any migrants from Greece and the EU and they’ll continue to do so. The stupid thing is unlike the west people in the Balkans are heavily armed once one of these rapefugess gets out of hand its bye bye birdy. Sending them to Albania is essentially handing them to the wolves. I would think one of the more liberal nations like Norway or Switzerland would be better suited, not the most racist country in the Balkans. Rama will be executed if he even try’s implementing anything with out the peoples say so.

It's an instruction you have received from your masters in Russian-troll-farm were you were cage-reared. Name the source, forward the link.

You are much better at investing fictive funds in Serbia.

Albania didn't get a penny because she refuse to do it, she didn;t allowed Greece to send them in Albania. Albania said it once that she can't face it is to big for Albania - look at Greece... and all we know that none of us in Balkan can. But these bastards in EU know how to create problems to all of us... like we din't have enough...

Nato and the EU are responsible for the mess they've created around the world but want to dump their refugees on others. After bombing Serbia for 78 days they want Serbia to give then contracts to build roads and take migrants. They are hypocrites of the highest order, I sometimes wonder if the want kosovo to seal it off and fill it full of Muslim migrants, then destroy the balkans by flooding them in. Kosovo was Serb inhabited until you fed and bred others. Don't even contemplate it!!!

"EU is under no obligation to help in any way even if they sign a document stating that because we all know how reliable a signature from a western leader is.
So who has to spill their blood to return them to countries which don't want to take them back? It will come to that. They aren't going willingy."

All these smart elitists calling for these camps planning to ruin other countries with these migrants, i would create one nice big camp for these elitists and dump them all in there. These crazy elitists are the ones allowing and enticing these migrants to come to europe every day, what kind of policy is this? They even organize and arrange their boat rides to europe. Lunatics.

sj

I find the EU’s polices very hard to understand. They encourage thee refugees, who are not really refugees since they all have mobile phones and money. About 2% of all these people are real refugees all the others are economic refugees.

If you look at the current crop that Spain took on; these people are all unskilled and some barely literate, so where do they expect to find a job? Let’s face it if you live in the west you have no chance of finding a job without schooling/training plus there are very limited menial jobs. Yet its like the westerns are in a hypnotic trance repeating we must be humanitarians.
As long as the borders are open more will arrive as word spreads back home that Europe is Eutopia.

It definitely looks like this will be a condition put on those countries for entry to EU.

Once they've been sent to these countries, what then? Where to from there?
EU is under no obligation to help in any way even if they sign a document stating that because we all know how reliable a signature from a western leader is.

If you are going to sneer at this comment then you should first give us an alternative point of view.
So do tell, what is to happen to all those they return to a non EU country? Do you think they will go willingly and who is going to pay the cost of returning them?
Go on, Einstein, explain it to us.
