It is inexcusable that adults are terrorizing children. In the West is called bullying and it is a widespread phenomenon. Prison is a just punishment to them.
The ethnicity of victims and perpetrators is immaterial to this case, yet somehow you claim to have the moral high ground.
Where were you sensitivities on the plight of children when Serbian Army was bombarding Jashari compound and spraying the children not with pepper, but bullets?
Where were your sensitivities when Serb paramilitaries were executing Bosniak children and videotaping them? Check the YT for them and you'll be sick to your stomach if you have the basics of humanity.
What I am seeing the last 3 weeks is the cultivation of victim mentality the regime installs on their people. And the "answer" is to "get them before they get us". It worked in 1991 and 1992 in Croatia and Bosnia, in Kosovo in 1998, the same is now in 2018.

Albanian children were subjected to much worse actions than harassment in Đakovica in April 1999 when MUP forces killed Kosovo Albanian residents of the town, including a group of 20 women and children in a basement in Miloš Gilić Street.
