"Erga omnes" solution to name dispute "unacceptable"

Ivanov is delusional. Current international name of the Republic he is president is Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). Is this more acceptable than Northern Makedonija? Instead of compromising on solutions he is willing to stick on principles set up by the previous morons presidents.
This is a golden opportunity considering the current Greek government is willing to make this concession. Once the Right comes to government in Greece, FYROM will be happy if Greece accepts even a letter from the word Macedonia for their name.
Since the majority of the population is ethnic Bulgars and ethnic Albanians, why not consider the Republic of Western Bulgaria and Easter Albania or Republic of Western Bulgaria and Ilirida?
