"Whenever EU talks about something else, they mean Kosovo"

There is no question Serbia will formerly recognize Kosova. The most painful requirement, though unwritten, is for Serbia to first join NATO. This is the biggest bone Serbia must swallow because the EU will not consider granting Serbia membership unless Serbia first becomes a member of NATO. Serbia is well aware of this requirement, even though nausea overcomes the Serb leadership at the mere mention of it. Nevertheless, swallowing the bitter medicine is the only way to good health and riches.

Vucic repeating the same thing over and over, the EU/US offering nothing new, the Albanians not willing to commit to previous agreements. So nothing has changed and we are stuck in a frozen conflict. That's it, we'll be going around in circles for some time.

Vucic does not have the power to override the will of Serbs, who overwhelmingly reject EU membership at the cost of Kosovo while NATO membership is a non-starter. Whoever thinks otherwise does not understand Serbs. Not even Tadic, one of the biggest sell-outs ever, could get close.

While ,What growth is there in KiM?
Serbia is already the winner with their steady progress ))

EU is asking a legally binding agreement between Serbia and Kosovo. Brussels Agreement is one agreement. In order to be legally binding it would need to be ratified in Serbian parliament (like Kosovo ratified their side in their parliament).
EU will not import another Cyprus problem hoping that it will solve itself once Serbia and Kosovo join EU. They are fed up with Balkan soap operas.
