But , directors that sack the previous manager (Slavoljub Muslin) from Serbia football team,should be ashamed. He (Slavoljub Muslin) got you first in the group and direct qualifications and gets his marching orders , tough job being Serbia Football manager with directors (Savo Milosevic and his gronies) trying to order you to pick the team )).

Personally, I am going to root for Germany as I have done before,except in Euro 2016 where I was rooting for Albania.

Serbia.....Not cheering for them, but watch out for them. They are the dark horse in this tournament and they can make it to the 1/4 finals.

As a football fan and leaving politics out of sport, they will be a fun team to watch, especially playing in Russia with their fans.

I expect Croatia to go further with their talented squad but they will need some luck in the crossover if they proceed.

The Coach Mladen Krstaljic put in poor performances with the FDR Yugoslavia during both the European and World Cups in the 1990's including morale problems. Now he is an unproven coach? Regardless, the one player on Serbia that can propel the team to great heights is Sergej Milinkovic-Savic (Lazio/Italy) , Real Madrid is trying to get their hands on him. Lets see if the coach actually plays him.

Serbia needs a victory over Costa Rica in the opening game and can hold it's own against Switzerland. Brasil of course will be challenging but better to get them in the first round.

Germany should be the favourites and it will be interesting if Messi can get Argentina going as the surrounding cast is weak, but it was the same with Maradona.
