They bombed from a safe distance, they didn't have to send a single soldier on the ground and we all saw the "heroic" Serbian army running away from Kosovo as fast as they could. Well, Kosovo was ruined by the forces under the control of the FRY and Serbian authorities, since it was the deliberate actions of those forces that caused the departure of at least 700000 Kosovo Albanians from Kosovo in the short period of time between the end of March and beginning of June 1999. When NATO was in charge, those 700000 people were able to return home. Which is why, according to Kosovo, what you wrote is not true. That's correct, because the goal of the war was not to put a dent on anything; the goal of the war was to get Serbia's army and police outside of Kosovo, and that goal was achieved. Feel free though to discuss with the Serbian army the "dent" part if that's what Serbia's army cared about.
