Korean leaders meet, reach agreement on denuclearization

Well that should be a "step in the right direction" considering that North Korea unlike the South is a nuclear power and many of us are aware that nuclear warfare would prove to be an unimaginable calamity for humanity. I also wonder if the two Koreas sign a permanent peace treaty or permanent cessation of war could it be possible that both nations would eventually reunify into one nation just like when East & West Germany reunified into Germany over 20 years ago.
