Two federated states under SR Jugoslavija. In English translation. Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Both had their own constitutions.. FR Yugoslav was just a decay phase of SFRJ. So was the other stage called Serbia and Montenegro. Serbia only occured as a side effect of Montenegro going independent. What matters more, the decay is going on.

Belgrade should provide a military escort for Djuric on April 20th when he travels to Kosovo. I'm sure those brave Albanian commandos will sit that one out sipping coffee in their coffee shops praying that Big Brother USA will come to confront the Serbs on their behalf. Agreements mean nothing to the Albanians. The Serbs should know this by now. The time for patience is over, citizens must be protected and the agreements that were signed must be implemented with or without Albanian consent.

This dude Marko Đurić has become an adrenaline junky and thrill seeker. It looks he's back for round 2, although knowing Vučić's abilities to win yet again, he will come up with another way to not send this mop to Kosova.

Though, hand on heart, I would like him once more arrested, but better treated by KP forces this time. He is providing a rather nice training opportunities to them and KP should return the favour by being milder with him.

Kosovo's constitution is Serbia's constitution. There is no other recognised constitution, no matter how much you want to believe it. It's still considered an occupied territory lol you cannot just make up a constitution. This is why there are negotiations taking place.

Let me explain it simply so that you can comprehend it. Out of 195 countries in the UN, 115 of them recognize the Republic of Kosova, leaving the remaining minority of 80 countries that do not. Therefore, 115/195=0.59 or 59%,a clear majority, of UN member countries DO NOT recognize the boundaries of Serbia, as she believes them to be. Ergo, the UN does not recognize Serbia. In summery, it does not matter what Serbia thinks of itself to be, but of what other

Hey Average, I'm glad, for your argument, you're using the highest number of recognitions ever reached; however, you're failing to take into consideration that you've lost support from 5 countries in the last several month - most recently Burundi. I think you're number should be hovering around 110, and this is shrinking on a monthly basis. By the end of the year, it might just get to 50/50. And, for your reference, there are 193 UN members in the UN - the Holy Sea and the State of Palestine are observer states.
