Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev says the decision of Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov <a href="https://www.b92.net/eng/news/region.php?yyyy=2018&mm=03&dd=15&nav_id=103710" class="text-link" target= "_blank">not to sign</a> the Law on Languages was "cowardice."
To amend the Macedonian constitution you require 2/3 majority (80 votes from 120) as stipulated in Article 133. There wwre 64 votrs for Albanian to be second language of Macedonia. Therefore any change is ILLEGAL.

On the other hand, we have an ultra-radical president Ivanov currently occupying the presidency, which is looking to do basically the same thing that the Ultra-radical Slobodan Milosevich of radical-Serbia did during the 1990's, looking to tear Macedonia apart violently!!!
If the radical Ivanov is successful there will be no other choice but to officially declare a third Albanian state!
And finally, Azir, yes all ALBANIANS WILL COME TOGETHER AS WE ALWAYS HAVE IN DIFFICULT TIMES AND IN TIMES OF HARMONY AND PEACE! GODSPEED!!!
