If EU arbitration fails to find a happy comprise between the two nations, the next step the two countries will take is to wage economic warfare against each other. Slovenia may try to disrupt / slow down south bound border crossing into Croatia, disrupting seasonal tourist traffic. Croatia would probably try to block Slovenia's efforts to gain access to the Adriatic Sea. Croatia may also try to slow down commercial traffic heading into Slovenia. When this eventually disrupts CIA controlled black market operations going through the Balkans, they will get pissed off. And they will pick a side, and the side (country) they do not pick will start having (bad) things happen to it. Brian Ghilliotti

The rules of the arbitration were violated by the Slovenian side and their representative ended up resigning. At that point Croatia pulled out of the arbitration process and requested a new tribunal be formed. I believe that most countries would act similarly if in a similar situation, including Slovenia. That being said, the verdict seems to be something both countries can work with and a compromise is their if the respective parties are willing to work together.

Croatia is warning Slovenia not to unilaterally implement an internationally arbitrated decision that it itself is unilaterally ignoring. How silly.

you croats don't seem to follow any judgement apart from your own judgement,
seems that your neighbours have taken one point away from you, a challenge after all the years of support that you croats have support from the west, but things are changing.
you went to bed with your muslim buddies, but now it is time for you to turn over.
you croats can't even pay for your war debt, people are knocking on your door. slide down the hill off no return

Funny stuff, the fascist state likes to send notes as it turns out, the one to Serbia a couple of days ago was ignored by Serbia, way to go Serbia :)
