The sanctions levied against Russia by the USA have hurt. Putin is trying to return Russia to those halcyon days where they were relevant militarily -- and that costs money. All he has done is grab a very tiny piece of land (Crimea) on his border and spending his country into economic chaos. If you want to know who’s running the show just notice That it’s the USA putting sanctions on Russia and not the other way around. Russia is just a giant gas station with nothing else to offer, gas is where their money comes from and the USA is suffocating their economy. Two thumbs up from me! Russians killed 8000 Ukrainians in last 2 years, and occupied a part of Ukrainian territory.

When I pointed out that "Watcher"'s point was not clear, you suggested that a children's website is a little more clear. So, I did not distort anything from what you wrote.
