Since physical evidence isn’t required to support a JCE conviction, we shouldn’t be surprised that the ICTY has now dispensed with the need for any process whatsoever in applying the JCE. Laughland’s detailed and scholarly analyses supports the popular ICTY joke : “JCE is an acronym for Just Convict Everyone”.

The most notorious thing is that all those three are dead - for 14 years and more, nor judged nor convicted. Two of those are genuine WWII partisan veterans, generals, Bobetko being among the first armed resistance groups against Nazis, wounded, Tudjman within the command of the Xth Corps. And now UN finds convenient to derogate them as criminals in order to establish a "new political framework" for future reintegration of post Yugoslavian area by so called "reconciliation" policy on which they based their judgment, a JCE, by scapegoating their samurai with honor who does not yield in front of a stronger force. Of all people you picked Cedo. He is the son of a Yugo general and through dad’s connections he was even on Slobodan’s advisory group. Cedo is that good, but he is very ambitious. His only way was to sing the praises of the west and it worked like a treat.

Cedo is only in the Serbian parliament because Kyle Scott, US Ambassador to Serbia, ensured that Cedo received enough votes during the final counting so the electoral commission had to delay announcing the winners for a week. Naturally, Cedo gets a nice stipend from the US – hey those suits are not cheap at 4,000 to 5,000 Euros each.

Last time I saw Cedo on TV during one of those discussions panels on Happy TV, he had this ghastly shiny silver suit where he looked more like a pimp than a serious politician. I think he is either colour blind or has hideous taste.

The only shame is that Tudjman died before he was convicted for War Crimes - there was never any doubt about his guilt.

Most recently these ICTY clowns laughably “confirmed” that senior leaders participated in JCE, without an indictment, trial, or conviction of these senior leaders.
