The EU will look at proposals for curbing "the increasingly aggressive efforts of foreign factors to spread disinformation, propaganda and disbelief in the EU."

What propaganda is that? Is it the one where EU countries, who are part of NATO, bombed Serbia? Is that propaganda you intend curb? Try living in reality and not in pixy land.
