The Albanian government has made it very clear that Kosovo and Albanian will never be one country and that it only seeks to help Kosovo in becoming an independent state that is all. Kosovans have romanticism in their minds about unification, but Albanians don’t feel the same and like the way things are because it doesn’t disturb their relationships with their neighbours including that with Serbia.

'Europe is unjust'?

Actually, that sounds quite desperate.
Now they're begging for albanian documents!
Where's that albanian pride gone?

Fom YugoTurd: "Of course, every human on this planet wants to be able to travel freely, this doesn't mean that the country where they come from is a prison of sorts."

Get real Turd, Albanians want out of Kosovo. The unemployment rate is above 40% and for those under 30 its 60%. There is no legitimate industry nor outside investment there. The future is bleak to say the least. 50,000 Albanians have left since November with the overwhelming majority of them being forced to return because the rest of Europe doesn't want them.

You make it sound like Albanians want to travel freely like everyone else in Europe. The reality is Albanians want to escape Kosovo because there is no future there, at least while the current corrupt regime is in power. The average Albanian from Kosovo has no money to travel. The little bit they scrape together they are willing to risk for a chance to escape the hell-hole they're in. Now will you please pass the popcorn.

How truly desperate snake has become if Albania is his only hope. If this is some stupid attempt to threaten your Masters in the EU and the USA, you're dumber that I thought.

It seems to me like you have your brains where your buttcheeks should be and now you're talking out of your ass. Careful where you put that popcorn. Of course, every human on this planet wants to be able to travel freely, this doesn't mean that the country where they come from is a prison of sorts.

In this case, Kosova agreed to a set of conditions for the visas removal, and one of those was the border demarcation with Montenegro. Whether it was right or wrong to connect those two disparate issues, it's another topic, but back then Thaci agreed because the demarcation seemed like a super easy issue. Then Haradinaj returned and wanting to find an issue to fight for and be reaffirmed in politics, he picked the border demarcation and made it a battle cry. Borders can always be an emotional, populist issue, but the dispute is only about 8000 ha of forest, and now Haradianj is stuck between promises and reality. Thaci is stuck with not having the visa-free realized, and EU/MNE simply don't want to reopen and make the issue bigger than needs to be. Kosova should just simply approve the current deal, negotiate that the property owners will have access to their properties and move on.

But if Kosova is Serbia, how come that Serbia is not on the table? How come that we didn't hear a peep this time, because last time during the border demarcation with Macedonia, you were mumbling something.

The Albanian's so-called friends ie, Germany, England and US helped deliver Kosovo on a silver platter. Now they refuse to liberalize Kosovo's visa status, thereby forcing them to remain in Kosovo. History has a way of evening things out, don't you think? Sit back and enjoy the show. Can somebody please pass the popcorn?

If you think that's bad, even Albania's President wasn't interested. While Meta said that he understood Thaci's demand and also “what is happening to Albanians from Kosovo … the solution is not for all citizens of Kosovo to be granted citizenship [of Albania] ... The solution is to pass the demarcation [agreement]”.

Seems like Albania, US, UK, Germany & France all agree on one thing, they are strong proponents of the kosovars as long as they stay on Serbian territory. They want no part of them inside their own countries.

I thought having a Kosovo passport was the ultimate symbol of freedom and independence, and I thought a Kosovo passport was accepted throughout the free democratic world. What do Europe's Youngest Democrats need with an Albanian passport? Is there a plan to mass migrate back to Albania?

om Thaci, aka the Snake: ""Albania is the only hope," Thaci said during a joint press conference with Meta, who is in Pristina, RTS reported on Wednesday."

Looks to me like Kosovo has turned into a prison of sorts for Albanians. They want to get out, but can't.
