Ukraine does not recognise Kosovo, Albania should recognise Crimea in exchange for Russia recognising Kosovo. Technically before Albania left the Warsaw Pact our relationship with Russia was better than any country in the Balkans including Serbia, why not build a good relationship with Europes only superpower. America won’t always be there to intervene however Russia only grows stronger and richer by the day.
