Many more Albanians, Bosniaks and Croats are missing then Serbs. By the way talking about Roma people:

A Roma rights group had a list of hundreds of Roma killed by Albanians that the Albanians had listed as Albanians killed by Serbs

It is known that Roma killed and missing due to the KLA/Albanians have been put on lists as Albanians because the Roma in Kosovo tend to have similar names to the Kosovo Albanians.

I highly doubt the numbers given as there are many more Serbs and Roma combined than that.
Also, German "peacekeepers" were burning/cremating in Macedonia crematoriums soon after they occupied Kosovo. Some of these dead have no relatives to list them as missing.
