"EUR 1.5 billion from IPA funds available until 2020"

Minister for EU Integration Jadranka Joksimovic says that EUR 1.5 billion in grants from EU's IPA funds will be available to Serbia until 2020.

Over inflation of the actual funds give; 90% of the IPA money goes to foreign "experts" and foreign consortia that implement these projects in Serbia. Very little of that money actually stays in Serbia.
