A lot of people admit to things they haven't done.
Whether this idiot is guilty or not , that's for the courts to decide.
Until then Serbia has to keep the appearance of innocent until proven guilty. However I doubt even if it goes to court and justice is truly blind in Serbia that the prosecution has the proof to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that Morina committed the crime.
Do they have any physical evidence other than the Facebook posts of Morina?
Did they took the fingerprints from the drone and discovered that his fingerprints were there? I doubt they could get any fingerprints as hundreds touched the drone.
Can they even prove that Morina was in Serbia or Belgrade at the time?
Finally but not last, prosecution has to prove in court that the banners were a form of hate speech (autochnonous it's not equal to "kill the Serbs")
Croatia will actually do Serbia a favor by not extraditing him.

"Considering Albo DingDongs throw Serbs in jail for wearing T-shirts with Cyrillic writing and seeing it as "provocative" ..."

Which Serb was thrown in jail for wearing a T-shirt with Cyrillic writing?

WARNING!!!
Ivan Bogdanov to be extradited immediately to Albania for inciting racial hatred and using abusive language towards Albanians. He is a bloody criminal and he should face the consequences and punishments in Albania.

Therret Prizreni,

It was the KLA which started the killings and had set up torture/murder camps all over Kosmet.
The KLA even kidnapped and tortured Albanians whom didn't support them.

The Serbian forces killed Albanian militants - the KLA. There's even a memorial to KLA martyrs which is similar to the U.S.'s Vietnam War memorial and it has 4 to 5 thousand names on it.
Most of the Albanian dead were combatants/soldiers. It was war and it was one they started with the backing of the U.S., Britain, Germany and France.

There were even some French and Irish soldiers killed with the KLA soldiers so they were all fighting together to steal Serbian land.

Oh, your little feelings got hurt from a flag-flying drone, enough to turn a whole stadium into a mob of mad-raving maniacs?

Considering Albo DingDongs throw Serbs in jail for wearing T-shirts with Cyrillic writing and seeing it as "provocative", when Europe's youngest democrats stifle any dissent against wartime activities of its "heroes", it gets more than a little hypocritically hilarious that you start defending this idiot against Serbian prosecution.

But then again, logic, reason, and common sense where the Albanian lives were all captured by KLA terrorists, disemboweled in the Yellow House, and buried amid silence at gunpoint :)

Con: I trust that Serbia has higher aspirations for its justice system than to be compared to Indonesia. On a wider point, the asylum claim will have to be dealt with before consideration of the extradition request. This is not unique to Croatia but to any country that has signed the 1951 Convention on the treatment of refugees, which includes Serbia. The issue of whether or not this asylum applicant would receive a fair trial will be pivotal to the outcome of the claim and therefore the more that Serbs jump up and down and pre-judge this man's guilt the more likely it is that he will be allowed to stay in Croatia. I suggest that you and others say nothing just this time.

Is it illegal to fly a drone in Serbia? No? Then what the ef do you want?

Oh, your little feelings got hurt from a flag-flying drone, enough to turn a whole stadium into a mob of mad-raving maniacs?

When you put in jail your tens of thousands of criminals, that burned, pillaged, raped and killed their way into Kosova, then you might have an itsy-bitsy, tiny reason to ask for this guy. Until then, shut it.

How is he suspected of flying the drone when he admitted it. And has been taking credit for it. Now it's time to pay the piper. Just like the American kid got canned for graffiti in Indonesia over 10 years ago.
