Since Croatia has such high salaries why did 200,000 permanently leave Croatia last year and this year estimated between 36,000 to 40,000?

About 40,000 jobs were lost last year and this year its estimated to be 65,000. That's all for a total population of 4.2 million. Yep very high standard of living.
