Funny I was in Kosovo in 2015 and despite having a passport other then Serbian I was not issued a visa nor was it even stamped so you must be thinking of another Kosovo on Mars. peace and stability are only possible if existing issues are resolved. since there are issues, there is a disagreement.
both side of a disagreement need to be equally addressed, because when one side feels that it was forced into doing something, the disagreement persists, and peace and stability are at best a bit of window dressing, at worst completely non-existent. wiser people than you have already figured this out.

As much as I would like for Russia to kick NATO in to touch (as NATO is obsolete), and yes, in Europe is it in part a paper tiger, NATO is a club and is has consistently gone to war over its 'credibility', not a threat to other European states, the EU or anything else, but 'credibility'. I don't want to see that kind of war. More likely any war in the Balkans will be triggered by Greater Albanianists - they'll claim they are fighting for their 'rights' - and NATO will do nothing but warn Russia off. None of it is good. Spineless EU who always face the consequences of American action and psychotic war starting USA.
