there may have been early suggestions of foul play due to the statistically unlikely situation at the time, but cooler heads prevailed.
now, it is you who are acting hot headed. you are not waiting for further evidence to filter its way to the plebs like myself and yourself, but jumping to a conclusion. you're not offering anything concrete about the current topic, simply re-tweeting your conspiratorial bait and using that somehow as justification that the church fire has something to do with weapons smuggling.
If Albanians wanted to smuggle weapons into Macedonia why not do it through Kosovo or Albania? One has to be really stupid to believe this stuff.

Behind every move the US deep state makes there are a team of legal eagles ensuring nothing comes back to bite their clients. So, if it came from a NATO country and could be tracked, that would implicate NATO directly. If it came from Kosovo, security administered by bondsteel, it would be at best incompetence. If it came from Serbian territory, well someone's hands would be clean. The deep state would not be questioned in the US and heads wouldnt roll and contracts preserved.
