Those villages would rather be with Serbia than with Bulgaria. Bulgarians are half Serbians (from the original 7 Slavic tribes) mixed with Turkic and Indian people. They can ask the same for villages on Bulgarian side who are ethnic Serbs.

Would be a respectable power of 20 milion people in economy and stability in this flamable area.
I don't have a problem with Sofia or Podgorica or Beograd or Skopje capital. Sarajevo is Muslim too much at this point.
Perhaps Sofia as it is in EU already or Belgrade with best position. or Skopje best with most neutral position. That country would have less corruption and standard of 2000 euros per month easily. Rich westerners would come to live and do business in Balkania like that.
