Don't be misled. Hungary has no army, only dummies. They just can not announce it officially because of NATO.

Wow!
With every country in the Balkans arming and setting up military bases all of the place
The Republic Of Kosova has no other alternative but to create a modernized armed force!!!
Also, I'm pretty sure Albania has large stockpiles of surplus weapons still in storage, they should allow the civilian population to obtain these weapons if need be!
Better to be prepared then to be sorry afterwards!
