Belgrade "has documents to prove its ownership in Kosovo"

As much as 58 pct of Kosovo's territory - including state, private and "socially" and church-owned real estate - is the property of Serbia.

Here is the proof you requested:

According to writer Noel Malcolm, the 1903 constitution was still in force at the time that Serbia annexed Kosovo during the First Balkan War. He elaborates that this constitution required a Grand National Assembly before Serbia's borders could be expanded to include Kosovo; but no such Grand National Assembly was ever held. Constitutionally, he argues, Kosovo should not have become part of the Kingdom of Serbia. It was initially ruled by decree.

Maybe the reason is B92 is the only news outlet that allows comments of Albanians be shown without deleting them. By the way today in Krusevac a bus from Kosovo was attacked and no Serbian media outlet has reported that. How many times do I have to say "stop making our job easier"?

Just because you stole the cadastral records, doesn't make you the owner of the property, Slavica.
UNMIK rendered invalid all the acts enacted by the Milosevic's regime after 23 March 1989, who took property forcefully from people.
You don't have any cadastral changes from June 1999. Your data is 30 years old, Slavica. Garbage in, garbage out.

Greece face the same problem today and she did not remove the “war law” against Albania, because she confiscated the Albanians property in WWI the same as Serbia did. I mean all Janina.
So, Albanians should implead Serbia for confiscating Kosovo property in WWI, after Serbia annexed Kosovo.
Kosovo was not part of Serbian constitution and she was added after to many years that Kosovo was annexed.
Take a good international lawyer and you must even take war repair for WWI and even for Kosovo war.

Post war reconstruction was bankrolled by EU taxpayers money to the tune of billions of euro's. Given that unemployment and corruption amongst Kosovo's Albanian population is and has been at catastrophic levels, I seriously doubt tax remmitances for construction and development came from that 'source.'
As in the days of old Yugoslavia, Kosovo is a basket case kept afloat by other people's money. If the Albanians Western sponsors packed up and left tomorrow, Kosovo would collapse overnight. That's the sum total of your 'independence.'
These documents prove Serbia's legal entitlement to her property in her province under international law.

What documents? From communist, fascist, Yugoslavia and a apartheid system that brutally oppressed and seized the territory of Kosova, a territory that was exclusively inhabited by Albanians for the last 3500 years!!!
U and the rest of you Chetnik rats in government can take those documents with you the next time you need to go to the restroom, that's all they Have any use for!!! The Republic of Kosova has been rebuilt again and again with Albanian sacrifice and sweat!!!

According to writer Noel Malcolm, the 1903 constitution was still in force at the time that Serbia annexed Kosovo during the First Balkan War. He elaborates that this constitution required a Grand National Assembly before Serbia's borders could be expanded to include Kosovo; but no such Grand National Assembly was ever held. Constitutionally, he argues, Kosovo should not have become part of the Kingdom of Serbia. It was initially ruled by decree.
