So not only was Milosevic exonerated from all charges but now the UN officially backs the understanding that Serbia didn't commit genocide in Bosnia?
(trudsaam, 11 March 2017 17:08)

Milosevic was never exonerated from all charges!

The past 25 years Hollywood got it all wrong.

Hollywood does not pretend to get it right; they produce fiction movies for entertainment, not history books. You don't learn facts from fiction movies.

Did you watch Milosevic being exonerated from all charges in a Hollywood fiction movie? Just curious, because that would explain why you wrote an factually incorrect statement.

Dear Sarajevo:
Now what?
Looks like you've run out of options.

Maybe you can file a lawsuit to sue the Drina River for not being deeper along the Serbia border?

Face facts. You have a country where the majority of people don't want to live in it. I don't know of any other situation in the world like that.
(factman, 10 March 2017 03:33)

Oh, you don't have to look far away; just across the border. Serbia is another situation like that lol

LOL

On the plus side, it saves Bosnia millions of euros in lawyers fees that they'd have to steal from somewhere else or ask from Saudi Arabia.

Now that is truly LOL :)

Excellent news. As there was no new evidence presented to substantiate a re-evaluation and the decision to approach the ICJ in the first place was undertaken from the Muslim side only without an agreed tripartite representative, there could be no other reaction from the court. The matter was already closed long ago and the court has confirmed this.

Another Izetbegovic clan failure. Like father, like son.

Muslim talibans in what's left of Bosnia thought they were back in the 90s with unlimited western support. The behavior of your brothers, ISIS, have made people change their minds about helping and feeling sorry for you cameljockeys.

Both Croat and Serb members of Bosnian Presidency, refused not only to accept Sakib Softic as their legal representative, but were, also, against revision of the lawsuit against Serbia, having in mind that there is no new evidence, testimonies or anything that could prompt revision request.
Muslims (Bosniaks) pressed ahead and filed for revision in the name of Bosnia, as if they are the only ones that matter there.
Minister of foreign affairs of Bosnia (currently Croat, I believe) used diplomatic channels to notify court in Hague that Presidency did not make such decision. However, Ambassador of Bosnia in Holland (Bosniak) refused to pass it along, after conversation with Bosniak member of the Presidency.
It lead to mini-crisis in Bosnia over legitimacy of just about anything.
Bosniaks are making moves unilaterally as nobody else in Bosnia exists, and to whom should Ambassador of one country be subordinated , if not to Minister of Foreign Affairs? To Bosniak member of Presidency?
