Because Albania's president is visiting ethnic Albanians, just like Serbia politicians visit Serbs in neighboring countries. By the way it's not as if Albania invaded Serbia to defend its people like Russia did Ukraine under fake pretext.

How would the Albanians like it if the president of Serbia went to Albania and met with Serbian and Montenegrin citizens in Albania and while there they played only the Serbian national anthem and waved only Serbian flags. Albanians constantly provoke others and then cry foul when they elicit a reaction. Start by honoring your own state Serbia by playing the Serbian anthem and only the Serbian anthem and speaking the Serbian language, because that is where you live and that is the country that takes care of you. It's plain to see that neither Albania nor Kosovo are an Albanian utopia as the Albanians there keep fleeing from there to Serbia, Macedonia, and elsewhere in Europe.

It was Komnenos Dynasty to which Jesus (aka Andronikos I) belonged. After his death in 1185 the symbol wasn't used until Ivan III Grozny married Sophia Paleolog in late 15 century. Since then this Byzantine symbol beacame one of the several symbols of the Great (Mongol, Roman) Horde. But the main coat of arms of the world empire remained St.George piersing a dragon that you can see on as the coat of arms of Moscow city now.

Also I don't think that Mehmet II was killed near Belgrade. I am sure that he was burried in Samarkand as Tamerlane. Those are connected things so if we talk about Skenderbeu we must first clearify who was Mehmet II and if he were same man as Tamerlane or not. Academic Anatoly Fomenko gave plenty of evidence that they were one. Yet to understand the events you have to understand the Reconquista time of the first half of the 15 century.
