So did US arms. In fact those new white Toyota pickup trucks that we saw in Iraq in the hands of ISIS actually came from Australia, and your point is what? You think its far fetched for the US to buy Serbian arms then transfer them to the middle east.
Tusk's comments are beyond stupid, but it may just be that he will not be in his job for much longer as EU tradition & practice dictates that one grouping is not allowed to hold all top three EU positions (Commission President, EP President & Council President) at the same time, which is currently the case with the EPP & Tajani of the EPP taking over Shultz's role as EP President.
