Just in case anyone is confused I was criticising the ambiguous nature of the UEFA regulation, not the Serbian FA.

There's something stupid about lots of small countries being 'international' when there are towns and cities with bigger populations and better football teams.

It rather dilutes the game when large countries like Germany or Brazil are lumped together with teams that can hardly provide a decent dressing room.

Kosovo is hardly a county, yet tries to be a country.

Comparing Iceland and Kosovo is like comparing oranges with apples. One is self sustaining and well off while Kosovo lives of EU funds and extremely poor.

We are not worried about our state - if you start we will get things back in order not in our land Kosovo but we are concerned about Bosnia - this is a problem that needs big attention. All that so called RS needs to be abolished and cleaned. So with the help of our true friends Croatia Bosnia should get back in order and this genocide profoundly so called RS should be cleaned.
We don't need international friends any more. We are strong enough to get things done ourselves- thanks.

SJ: I was not comparing Kosovo and Iceland. Bob's comment, to which I responded, mentioned Liechtenstein, Malta and Andorra and countries that are smaller than a big city........it was this that prompted me to mention Iceland because they are in fact smaller than many medium size cities let alone big ones and yet achieved an astonishing result last summer.

This requires powerful states to be able to do the bribing, especially where Kosovo is concerned. Don’t get me wrong I have no objections in UEFA making that decision because one by one the west is pissing on their own creations. First the Chinese have wiped their hands on the International Court of Arbitration, next went the Criminal Court with Russia and many other countries withdrawing from it and now the football federations.
My comments are consistent because Kosovo lives off Brussels money and Albanians are not important. As far as being a troll, well I have posted on this Serbian based site since 2007, but I would be happy to do the same on any Albanian site, that is if you have one.

What a waste of time and money! Serbs had to go to the CAS to be told the obvious, i.e. that the UN is neither a State nor a Government, and therefore does not possess any authority to recognize either a State or a Government, something that they could have simply read at the UN website. But this is what happens when the Serb people are brainwashed by myths such as Kosovo can only become a state if recognised by the UN!

Bekim: CAS mentioned being recognised by a majority of UN members; that might hinder Abkhazia, TRNC and South Ossetia even assuming that they have a competitive league from which to pick a team.
