Vojvodina that's an inappropriate comment from someone with an exceedingly inappropriate name.You know nothing about Dodik except the public persona which thankfully is very similar to Donald Trump(lots don't like him either).First of all President Dodik does not spread hatred he wants the best for the Serbians in Bosnia(as Trump does for Americans) and given the chance we'd vote him into office in Serbia(as the Yanks have done with Trump in the USA). No-one in their right mind thinks the US State Dept, which once had the likes of Serbophobe Albright in it's pasture, has any idea what it's aim is by coming out with these banal and childish gestures(Trump is repeatedly criticizing them)except to stoke the very hatred they purport to dislike. One thing's for absolute certain anyone they don't like is,you can guarantee,a good man!Putin and Trump included.

This wouldn't of happened right now if it wasn't for Trump's victory. The establishment is making moves like these all over the world just days before Trump is to take over and then hopefully criticize him if he nullifies any of their decisions later.

This is what happens when you spread hatred to keep power: you create enemies in every country that upholds values of freedom and democracy.

Fortunately for us, he is to be succeeded by someone not so democratic. Still, if we're smart, this will be a lesson to us.

Our dear friend Ari Gold was so excited to be alive at this time to see Dodik, the first head of state in ex-YU and only the 2nd leader after Hungarian PM in the Balkans to be invited to the inauguration of next American president.

Much as I consider Mr Dodik to be a despicable human being, it should be for the people of the RS to 'sanction' him at the ballot box. It says much about the lack of authority of the High Rep that he has had the power to do something about Dodik for years and yet it is the US, 3500 miles away, that acts.

As for the effectiveness of such measures, one assumes that most of Dodik's money is in either Serbia or Russia (or the RS) and that unless these countries join in with the sanctions, which is as likely as Trump allowing a slight to pass unanswered on Twitter, they will be nugatory.

Much as I consider Mr Dodik to be a despicable human being, it should be for the people of the RS to 'sanction' him at the ballot box. Perhaps you may also consider the foreigners who've entitled themselves with positions of political, judicial and military authority. Such unelected individuals are offensive to a democratic society. The many acts of this rotten lot in BiH warrant the "despicable" label. The indigenous population may only dream of the day this band of hypocrites are all 3500 miles away.
