Also show us where in the Brussels agreement one is allowed to start railway lines without approval or coordination. What if there were cars on those rails, or a locomotive, or Kosova's rail authority decided to repair a section of railing that days. You can't just send a train whenever you like, wherever you like because you feel like it and you want to make a political point. Things like these are supposed to be coordinated for a reason. It doesn't matter whether you recognize the territory as independent or not. You cordinate things, if for nothing else to avoid possible railway accidents. But this is what happens when you allow ultranationalist politicians to make decisions that are purely technical.

P.S Concentrate on N. Cyprus. It's time better spent.

If Serbian forces are allowed in the ethnic Albanian areas of Serbia (Presheva valley), Kosovar forces are allowed in the ethnic Serb areas of Kosova. Simple as that.
