When other republics of former Yugoslavia accept to be divided along ethnic lines, Serbia can too. Otherwise, NO!

Northern Albania belongs to Montenegro/Serbia. Albanians stole it with the help of Fascist Italia.

( preshevo, bujanoc, medvedja ) is ehtnic Albanian! It would mean the carving up of Macedonia were 45% of the population along the border with Albania & the Republic of Kosova is entirely Albanian also! Then we have the ulcini & tuzi regions of Montenegro that border Albania & The Republic of Kosova which is also majority Albanian!!! Sure we can do this, however it needs to be done fairly for all sides!

The author made some pretty big assumptions. I do think that the EU is the biggest trading partner for Serbia. If Serbia won't fall in line then no more preferential trade treatment.

I agree with most of the proposals, if some Albanian and Serbs wish to live under their respective country's that is fine they should have that right provided that Bujanovce and Presheva which are over 90 percent populated by ethnic Albanians Be partitioned and joining Kosovo and in turn Kosovo should be given the option to either be a sovereign country or join Albania proper, then there will be a long lasting peace in the balkans.

If you start dividing Kosovo along ethnic lines you cannot stop there. You have to continue with South Serbia which is 90% Albanian and Vojvodina which is majority Hungarian. Then, who is next? Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece?? The whole Balkan would be a mess.
The political solution would be with all Balkan Countries in the European Union where the existing borders would be meaningless. In the meantime, all Balkan countries and nationalities have to learn how to accept and live with each-other. There is no place for nationalisms in the 21st century. Nikolic and Vucic should stop playing the Kosovo card before elections. If you play with the fire everybody gets burnt.
