In our Serbian language there is a saying which goes: "Povika na vuka, a lisica meso jede", which roughly translates to: "Everybody shouts at the wolf but it is the fox that eats the meat".

Outdated MIG's are no good to anyone. Vucic has inherited someone else's mechanical laziness. The MIG's will cost more in servicing costs over a period of time than the jet itself. If you can't purchase brand new military stock don't purchase at all. The Serb lead YU army was almost wiped out in the early 90's due to old and defunct military Tanks and MIG's. Vucic should pay attention to the low moral in the Serbian army due to 3rd world country salaries and conditions instead of being Putins wiping boy.

Why is vucic telling people how many MiG's they have and how many they getting ? Isn't that a secret ? I guess an empty can makes more noise than a full one

EMPLOYEE IF THE MOTH AT NASA: your ignorrant in your comments. Every war jet at least triples its cost when it comes to maintainence. Learn something about military aviation, then speak. A fully upgraded mig 29 with thw newest missle managememt systems, newest radars and newest engines in the right pilots hands is a very deadly warplane. An old mig 29 with zero upgrades is still the best warplane in the balkans, so i think serbia might be a bit ahead of the game. Nice try though
