(Sam, 23 December 2016 06:21)

You sound like an abusive male that wants to stop his wife from divorcing him by threats instead of making the marriage work.
Maybe it is your religion or upraising that make you thinknthis will work but let me tell you, it will not work.

The world are fed up with muslims slaughtering people. If Bosniaks like their muslims brothers in Syria and Irak took a liking to slaughtering people of other faith and started to slaughter one million Serbs as you said do you really think that BOTH Nato and 7 millions Serbs in Serbia would just stand and watch and let it happen???

Be realistic instead and realise that a marriage or union of people in a state can only work if both parties are satisfied. And right now Serbs in Republika Srpska are not happy in their forced marriage to the Bosniaks and Croats in the Federation.

I love it how (sj) said that inzko is to scared to sack dodik because if he did the RS ENTITY would seperate from bosnia and that their would.be no war. Your a complete nutter.their is no point sacking him because they would simply just replace him with another nutter. If RS was capable of leaveing bosnia they would have done it years ago. Times have changed yes. But times have changed worst for servs they are surounded by enemies . All if europe is anti russia and no european country will ever allow a pro russian country or entity in the heart of europe just look at serbia its like nokia getting smaller and smaller montonegro is about to join nato kosovo has become and independent country finally also on its path to nato . Serbs have nobody and even in bosnia before the was there was 1.4 million serbs in bosnia now there is only 1 million their population goes down by 10 thousand people a year. Due to no money people not.being able to afford haveing children ect. The croats are all but extinct not even half a million left compared to nearly 1 million in 1991. Meanwhile bosniaks are thriveing at 52% of the countries population with the bosniak muslim community getting larger and larger with support from turkey and middle easter countries its just a matter of time until bosnia is 100% muslim like kosovo serbs can cry all they want but cant do jack and for your info if serbs tried to leave the 2 million bosniaks in bosnia would slaughter them thats a fact

A decade ago Russia was a different country, but today they are holding talks about Syria with Iran and Turkey without the US. If the US was so important why did Washington allow the last referendum to be held in RS?
I recall in the past that both the US embassy and the EU rep espousing that they will not allow such a referendum.

The US is fast becoming a thing of the past. Just look at the South China Sea.

I was at the heart of discussions about abolition of the High Rep's office more than ten years ago. The US will never agree to this because it gives them cover to do things without having to come out into the open. Dodik would need more than Putin's say so to hold and legitimise a referendum. He would need to know that a multiplicity of countries would recognise the result, not only Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, Greece and a couple of others. Dodik has bigger fish to fry at present not least trying to stifle unrest in the RS over public servants' salaries and pensions. You can bluster all you want and promise 'freedom' from the Federation but that doesn't pay the bills or put food on the table as the citizens of the RS are all too acutely aware. Dodik lauding it around the world (he's been invited to Trump's inauguration) may well rub salt in the wounds of the average Joe struggling to get by on a pittance.

"But those days are gone. Today we want domestic solutions and accountability," said Inzko.

I had no idea that Inzenko was such a simpleton. To state that he could sack Dodik and then the famous word BUT.

The scenario why Izzy will never do it is as follows. Say he tries to sack Dodik and RS refuses to accept it then Dodik declares Izzy and his high office are persona non grata and Dodik goes to Moscow where on those grounds Putin would approve Dodik holding a referendum to leave BiH. Dodik then holds the referendum and gets the peoples' approval and RS leaves BiH. That is the real reason why Izzy cant sack Dodik.
Now if anyone thinks that there would be a war think again. It’s all bluster from Izetbegovic. There would not be a peep. Once again the times are changing.

Yes, history has previously exposed the evil of Austrian dictators who start "sacking" minorities in neighboring countries.
