BRUSSELS Aleksandar Vulin has said that last week's murder of a EULEX staff member in northern Kosovo "will not stop the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. The same is true of the implementation of the Brussels agreement, the minister without portfolio in charge of Kosovo and Metohija said in Brussels on Thursday.
