Members of the Serb business community in northern Kosovo on Monday morning stopped a number of vehicles belonging to EULEX and Kosovo police.

KOSOVSKA MITROVICA Members of the Serb business community in northern Kosovo on Monday morning stopped a number of vehicles belonging to EULEX and Kosovo police. The vehicles transporting members of the EU mission in Kosovo and the ROSU unit of the KPS were blocked at Rudare, on their way to Jarinje. Serbs from northern Kosovo are taking turns watching the roads leading toward the administrative line crossing, as they oppose "setting of a border" with central Serbia. They also refuse to pay taxes to the unrecognized "state of Kosovo", and stress that they intend to pay all taxes, excise and VAT duties - "but to their country, Serbia".
