Kosovo suffers fresh power cuts

A malfunction in the Kosovo B power plant's Block B1 has led to new electric power supply restrictions, officials have confirmed. A spokesman for the Kosovo power company, KEK, said that Block B2 is now one of only two producers of power in Kosovo, with its 260 megawatts output.
