Daily Danas has learned from diplomatic sources that Biden’s visit was being discussed, but that it definitely will not be happening. Daily: Biden won’t make it to Srebrenica According to earlier rumors, Biden was supposed to arrive in Potocare on July 11 for the commemoration that is to be held for the Srebrenica victims of 1995. It was also mentioned that he would be coming with Serbian President Boris Tadic. According to Danas, Tadic’s presence at the commemoration is not even certain. The daily states that obstacles for having Tadic attend the commemoration have arisen, but that his team is working on removing them, because the president is very intent on attending the commemoration.
