Daily Danas has learned from diplomatic sources that Biden’s visit was being discussed, but that it definitely will not be happening. It was also mentioned that he would be coming with Serbian President Boris Tadic. According to Danas, Tadic’s presence at the commemoration is not even certain. The daily states that obstacles for having Tadic attend the commemoration have arisen, but that his team is working on removing them, because the president is very intent on attending the commemoration.
