Austrian Ambassador in a farewell visit to Vučić

The meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m., Office for Media relations of the President of the Republic of Serbia announced.

Vučić thanked the Austrian Ambassador for contributing to the improvement of relations between the two countries with his great diplomatic experience and commitment.

Vučić especially pointed out that during the diplomatic mandate of Ambassador Lutterotti, the highest officials of Austria visited Serbia, which further improved the strong cooperation and partnership between the two countries, Office for Media relations of the President of the Republic of Serbia announced.

Ambassador Lutterotti thanked President Vučić and the Government of Serbia for their support during his work in Belgrade, and reiterated that Austria strongly supports our country's European path and the regional stability policy that Serbia has consistently advocated.

He especially pointed out that during his four-year mandate, he witnessed the progress and development of Serbia, especially in the field of infrastructure, and it was stated that there is a common interest in further intensifying cooperation in all fields. The President emphasized that he highly appreciates Austria's consistent commitment to EU enlargement, as well as the support our country receives on the European path, and reiterated Serbia's firm commitment to further comprehensively strengthen relations between our countries, with special emphasis on further economic cooperation.
