PM attends meeting of Social and Economic Council

The Council gave a positive opinion on the Draft Law, and at the meeting it was agreed that negotiations on the minimum price for work for 2018 start tomorrow.

The aim of this law is to evaluate work places in a fair way and to regulate the level of salaries transparently and evenly.

The key change that this document brings is the introduction of the principle of "equal pay for equal work with the same employer", which creates the basis for employees who are more engaged and achieve better results to be rewarded for their work.

The adoption of the law ensures that the coefficients of titles, positions and workplaces are determined based on clearly defined rules, which leave no room for unequal treatment in the same situations.
