The agency noted that the negotiations are set to continue on January 27, and that the Brussels agreement was signed in April 2013. A part of this agreement is the deal on the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo, that has not yet been formed.

Dacic today once again condemned the desecration of a Serbian Orthodox church in Pristina, repeating that "Kosovo not only does not wish to protect Serbian cultural and religious heritage, but is systematically working on its destruction," and was "as a reward" backed by most European countries during its failed attempted last year to join UNESCO.

"Kosovo is the only place in Europe where a Christian temple can be turned into a public toilet, with impunity. Imagine if that was done with a Muslim temple, somewhere in the Middle East, where Islam is dominant," Dacic said.
