BELGRADE Serbian PM Ivica Dacic and European Parliament Rapporteur for Serbia Jelko Kacin agreed Wednesday that the reforms in Serbia were headed in the right direction. During the Dacic-Kacin talks, it was underlined that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue was a sure way to resolve problems in Kosovo and that fair solutions would contribute to stabilizing circumstances in the region, the government's press office announced.
