Elections in Kosovo not good for Serbia, facilitator says

EU facilitator in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Robert Cooper has said that Serbia will have to continue the dialogue with Kosovo if it wants to join the EU. He added that if the country called elections in Kosovo, it would not create a good atmosphere for reaching agreements.
