The Serbian Defense Ministry says it detained 12 people suspected of abuse of office related to a theft of fuel from the Umac storage facility near Prokuplje. Ten Serbian Army (VS) members and two civilians from Prokuplje were arrested on Thursday and will be brought before a Prokuplje District Court investigative judge after 48 hours in custody.
