Presidential candidate and Democratic Party (DS) leader Boris Tadic said Saturday that construction works on a highway through central Serbia would start soon. Tadic said that he was very satisfied that an agreement was reached on Azerbaijan's affordable loan for construction of the highway section which is to connect Belgrade and Bar, Montenegrin port at the Adriatic Sea. The Azerbaijani parliament granted EUR 308mn for the construction of the E-763 highway in Serbia to the period of 25 years, grace period of three year, and interest rate of four percents.
