Serbia still gets regular gas supplies

Srbijagas Director Dusan Bajatovic says Serbia has so far not experienced a decrease in the amount of natural gas delivered from Russia. Moscow's dispute with Kiev was first felt by several Balkan states, but our country is not among them, Bajatovic told B92. Serbia still gets regular gas supplies He also said that there have been no announcements that the volume of gas that arrives to Serbia will go down. Bajatovic explained that if this were to happen, Serbia would intervene by using supplies from the Banatski Dvor storage. But, he explained, if a serious shortage of gas were to occur, consumers would experience gas cuts. So far, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Hungary have reported that they are receiving less gas, but the main pipeline which leads from Russia to Germany via the Czech Republic is functioning without problems, according to news agencies.
