“To stay calm and serene throughout the game, it requires a lot of mental work. It also saves energy for important moments, crucial moments, moments of pressure where you need maximum energy. You're inflated to block. I can sometimes scream at the court. But I keep that energy for the moments that are so important in the game. That’s sometimes two or three points in a close game. I’m just trying to be as calm as possible, as calm as possible. When you see the best players in the world, when you see Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, they are always so calm. I’m just trying to imitate the greatest of our sport. »“To stay calm and serene throughout the game, it requires a lot of mental work.
