Trump sets conditions: Here are 15 points for ending the war

The report states that the conditions appear to cover all U.S. and Israeli war aims.

However, Channel 12 notes that Jerusalem is concerned that Donald Trump and his team want to quickly push for a “framework agreement, a deal in principle” with Iran, instead of insisting on these demands as strict conditions for ending the war.

According to three sources familiar with the details, the president’s senior aides, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, shaped a process that involves “declaring a one-month ceasefire period, during which the parties would negotiate a 15-point agreement,” similar to previous agreements the Trump administration reached with Hamas in Gaza and with Lebanon.

Trump stated yesterday that he had reached roughly 15 points of agreement on a potential deal in indirect talks with a key Iranian figure.

“The scenario of a rapid, ambiguous deal in principle gives Israeli political and security leaders sleepless nights,” the report says, because it risks a situation in which the Iranians effectively emerge with the advantage and the conflict ends before precise terms are agreed.

U.S. demands for Iran:

1. Iran must dismantle its existing nuclear capabilities.

2. Iran must commit to never pursuing nuclear weapons.

3. Uranium enrichment on Iranian soil will be prohibited.

4. Iran must hand over to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) its stock of approximately 450 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60%, within a timeframe to be agreed.

5. Nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow must be dismantled.

6. The IAEA must receive full access, transparency, and oversight within Iran.

7. Iran must abandon its regional “proxy paradigm.”

8. Iran must cease funding, directing, and arming its regional proxies.

9. The Strait of Hormuz must remain open and operate as a free maritime corridor.

10. Iran’s missile program must be limited in both range and quantity, with specific thresholds to be set later.

11. Any future missile use would be restricted to self-defense.

In return, Iran would receive the following benefits:

12. Iran would receive full lifting of sanctions imposed by the international community.

13. The U.S. would assist Iran in developing its civilian nuclear program, including electricity production at the Bushehr nuclear plant.

14. The so-called “snapback” mechanism, which automatically reinstates sanctions if Iran fails to comply, would be removed.
