The Public Relations office of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard announced that Khoramshahr-4 missiles were also used in the 'intense' attacks on Israel.

On Wednesday morning, Israel announced that it had intercepted a new wave of Iranian missiles. CNN shared a video that appeared to show the use of cluster munitions over central Israel, with reported attacks in several cities, including Tel Aviv.

According to Israeli authorities, the overnight attacks were aimed at densely populated areas around Tel Aviv, including Ramat Gan, where a residential building was hit, and the infrastructure near the Savidor Central railway station suffered significant damage.

According to Israeli emergency services, two people were killed in the central part of the country.

The attacks occurred after Iran announced retaliation for Larijani’s killing in an Israeli strike.

Iran vowed revenge: "The response will be more devastating than the enemy can imagine"

Iranian Army commander Major General Amir Hatami said that Tehran’s response to Larijani’s death would be "decisive and painful," adding that "the blood of this noble martyr and other honorable martyrs will be avenged," according to Tasnim.

Major General Ali Abdollahi, commander of the Hatam al-Anbiya Base Staff, warned that U.S. President Donald Trump "must be prepared for surprises" and that the response of the Iranian armed forces would be "more devastating than the enemy can imagine," according to Tasnim.

In the overnight attack on Wednesday near densely populated Tel Aviv, which hosts key military facilities, two people were killed, bringing the death toll in Israel since the start of the war to at least 14.

In a statement from the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, read on state television, it was reported that the weapons used included "Khorramshahr‑4" and "Qadr" missiles, both equipped with multiple warheads.

Israel announced that Iran has repeatedly used cluster warheads, which disperse multiple smaller explosives in the air and spread over a wide area, making them difficult to intercept.
