Moscow's last warning: Europe, we will take action

"This (EU) militarization is happening mainly against the Russian Federation. It could, of course, potentially be a topic that deeply concerns us and due to the need to take appropriate countermeasures to ensure our security," Peskov said in response to a question about the EU's plans to strengthen military capabilities, RIA Novosti reported.

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen proposed raising 800 billion euros yesterday to finance a plan to rearm Europe, and EU leaders supported the idea at a special summit in Brussels.

It is planned that this money will be invested in defense, including the armament of Ukraine, over the course of four years.
